Join us for our October Wine Lunch at Angèle as we journey to Champagne, France, with a special focus on the historic house of Billecart-Salmon.
Founded in 1818, Billecart-Salmon has remained family-owned for more than two centuries and is celebrated for Champagnes defined by elegance, balance, and finesse.
For this lunch, we’ll taste through four distinct expressions connected to the house, offering an opportunity to experience the breadth and progression of its Champagne style:

From the approachable Inspiration 1818 through the house’s refined Réserve and Rosé, culminating with the prestige Cuvée Nicolas François, the afternoon will offer a beautiful exploration of Champagne and the distinctive style of Billecart-Salmon.
Each guest will enjoy a thoughtfully curated seasonal lunch paired with these four Champagnes — along with a bottle to take home.
